Kering confirms two new members will join board
The appointments of ex-Chanel Marie-Hélène Chenut and Mandarin Oriental CEO Laurent Kleitman are set to be approved at the AGM scheduled on May 28. Jean-Pierre Denis will leave the board after nearly two decades.
