Frasers says it definitely won’t raise its Hugo Boss offer
Not much has happened since Frasers Group launched a takeover bid for Hugo Boss on June 10 and since Hugo Boss’s board said it would examine the offer. But on Thursday Frasers announced that its price is non-negotiable.
