Call of Duty Season 5 Battle Pass Adds New Guns And A Familiar Operator

Call of Duty Season 5 arrives in Black Ops 7 and Warzone on July 23, and Activision has revealed the full contents of the season's new battle pass. The Season 5 battle pass includes over a hundred items to earn across free and premium tiers. This content introduces two new guns, the return of a familiar operator, CoD Points, and other cosmetics. Purchasing the standard ($10) battle pass for Season 5 includes an instant operator unlock for the assassin known as Spectre, who returns from Black Ops 3 and 4. Other notable operators also have new skins in the standard battle pass, including Richtofen, Dempsey, and Reaper EWR-3. Call of Duty’s $30 BlackCell pass also returns. The high-end pass includes a BlackCell-themed Cipher skin as well as additional BlackCell-exclusive skins across Black Ops 7's JSOC and the Guild factions. Two new weapons are available to unlock in the Season 5 battle pass, and both of these are included in the free tiers of the pass. The season includes more multiplayer maps, a brand-new Zombies map, and the return of Heavy Metal Heroes in battle royale. Spectre instant operator unlock Spectre is described as a mysterious wet works specialist with a focus on stealth. This fan-favorite operator returns in Black Ops 7 with new operator skins. He is instantly unlocked by purchasing the premium battle pass, and additional skin is unlocked for those who purchase the BlackCell bundle. One of the standouts is the "Dead End" blueprint for the Hawker HX sniper rifle, which is unlocked as an HVT reward on page four.
