Travel between 250 and 300 degrees on your compass, and then dive past the corals. The fragment will be located on a lab table. Scanner Fabricator Available by default Habitat Builder Fabricator Two fragments are located at the Welcome Center 80 meters southeast of the Lifepod. One is right outside of its entrance inside of a metal crate, while the other is inside a cave accessible through a hole in the center's floor. Repair Tool Fabricator The first fragment is inside Chap’s blackbox bunker 220 meters south of the Lifepod. You'll find the repair tool atop a table inside the bunker room.The second repair tool blueprint fragment is 250 meters southeast of the bunker inside of a large ruined structure. Within these ruins is a room with an L-shaped bench in one of the corners, with the tool sitting on the couch.You'll find a third fragment inside another ruined structure 350 meters northeast of the Lifepod. After entering the ruins through an entrance underneath the building, you'll find the repair tool on the floor in front of two closed doorways.
