Canada’s Carney Says Trump Agrees to Talks to Avert New 50% Tariff

Prime Minister Mark Carney said he and President Trump have agreed to accelerate trade talks in an effort to resolve friction and avoid a new 50% U.S. tariff on a series of goods.
