After The Hobbit, Reality Fracture is the penultimate mainline set for 2026 before Star Trek drops in November. It's the culmination of what the in-universe story has been building to since Phyrexia: All Will Be One that sees longtime hero Jace Beleren take on a more villainous role. In a sort of What If? scenario, Jace creates the Echoverse, an alternate reality that sees iconic other characters, locations, and cards shift. This will be done through changing mechanics, but popular characters like Chandra will have their colors swapped to their opposite, like changing her from a red to a blue mage. Story details are still relatively mum, but fans can expect another big showdown among their favorite Planeswalkers when it's all said and done.Reality Fracture launches October 2, and the product lineup is available to preorder now. You can reserve the new Commander deck, Play booster box, and more. At the time of writing, you can reserve these cards at Amazon and Best Buy. But this isn't the only batch of new cards getting an October release. On that same date, five preconstructed Foundations Commander decks will also become available.
